Wildflower Honey

A honey derived from various spring blossoms, Millefiori is naturally versatile in flavor and texture. It crystallizes in colder temperatures, with a grain size that varies depending on the predominant flowers, though it generally remains quite uniform. It is the only honey produced on the eastern side of the estate, where drier conditions and limited floral diversity prevent the bees from producing a single-varietal honey.
