Ivy Honey

A rare autumn honey, ivy honey crystallizes directly in the comb, making it exceptionally difficult to produce and seldom found on the market. We harvest it from the humid, shaded western side of our estate, where ivy thrives.
This honey is particularly sweet and finely textured, with a muted yellow hue. In some vintages, its texture is reminiscent of beeswax, adding to its uniqueness. It is an excellent choice for breakfast.
