Francesco Illy and the staff are pleased to announce the official opening of the ‘Golden Cellar’, born from the will to create the harmony necessary to ferment and refine our wines.
By laying 750.000 bricks using the ancient building techniques, known by the Romans, we built in four years a unique cellar certified in bio-architecture.
